Tort law This module builds on the Introduction to Tort and Contract Module and introduces you to the basic concepts of tortious liability in the context of negligence and torts derived from negligence. Students will be introduced to advanced exposure techniques and the principles necessary to master use of the large format camera.
This course includes an overview of basic aviation terminology, and potential careers in aviation. An introduction to sculptural form through projects involving woodworking and welding. Students will draw from observation and develop the ability to create 2 dimensional representations using Line, Value, Shape, Edge, Plane and Volume, Space, Texture, Perspective, and Gesture.
Students will also learn their own personal strengths and how those strengths relate to human factors elements that contribute to effective aviation teams and an organizational culture that promotes safe mission accomplishment. Propagation techniques of several horticultural crops will be covered and practiced.
Focus on planning for the most efficient resource allocation in agricultural operations. Course content will include discussions on aircraft systems, cross-country flying, risk management, and automation.
The course is foundational and seeks to enable students to place discrete commercial law options in the appropriate context.
Participation is essential in related agricultural science and FFA activities such as fairs, shows, contests, FFA alumni and young farmer programs, etc.
Not open to Accounting majors or minors. Installation, maintenance, and management of residential landscapes will also be discussed. Lawyers and Society tackles key questions around the organisational and institutional structures of the legal profession, taking a close look at the contemporary challenges that it now faces.
Students will be exposed to historical and aesthetic issues. Students will read, write about, and discuss essays, criticism, and interviews covering a wide range of media, and visit artists' studios and exhibition venues. You will also critically analyse some of the unintended consequences of research into this area — as well as considering the future implications on criminology of those consequential findings.
You will not be charged this fee if you do not manage to secure a work placement.
